You’re Not Broken. You’re Becoming.

What if the next chapter isn’t about healing… but remembering who you already are?
I’ll be real with you.
This year has stripped me down to my rawest layers.
Pregnancy. Injury. Pneumonia. A level of exhaustion that left me staring at the ceiling some days, wondering how I was supposed to do it all while barely holding myself together.
I had finally found solid ground in my business. I thought I had built the “perfect plan.”
And then life—and this baby girl—had other ideas.
So I clung to the plan. I tried to “push through.”
Until I couldn’t anymore.
Until my body, my spirit, and every ounce of my energy said: Stop. Surrender. Let go.
And in the silence that followed, something surprising arrived.
Not a new hustle strategy. Not another healing technique.
Sound.
Sound didn’t ask me to be better.
It didn’t ask me to fix myself or be more productive or try harder.
It just asked me to show up.
To lay down.
To listen.
And what I heard in the stillness was this:
You’re not broken. You’re just becoming.
You’re not lost. You’re evolving.
You don’t need to be healed. You need to remember.
I realized I didn’t need another breakthrough.
What I needed was to come back to my voice.
My rhythm.
My energy.
My truth.
And that’s what sound does.
It anchors you in your own frequency, so you can stop outsourcing your power and start creating a life that actually feels like you.

(And what would it feel like to release that?) - When was the last time I felt deeply at home in myself?
(What were the conditions that made that possible?) - If I gave myself permission to stop “healing” and just be, what might shift in my energy, my relationships, and my creative expression?
- What does my authentic voice sound like?
(Not the version that’s palatable or marketable—mine.)
Gentle Action Steps for Softening Into Your Becoming:
✨ 1. Choose rest over performance.
Even just for one moment a day. Lay down. Do nothing. Let the world spin without you.
✨ 2. Surround yourself with resonance.
Play a sound bath. Hum. Sing. Sit in silence. Let sound support you in remembering who you are.

You’re not behind. You’re not too much. You don’t have to catch up.
You get to exist as you—right here, right now.

Devotion to what lights you up. To what restores you. To what feels good.
