WHAT MAKES THE EMBODIED WARRIOR 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING DIFFERENT?
Most 200 hour YTT courses are simply a basic knowledge of yoga philosophy and the philosophy of asanas, poses, and teachings. Traditional education systems typically only allow you to understand things in one way.
Here at The Embodied Warrior School of Yoga, you’ll learn that everything is incredibly integrated and will learn how to look at how things are interconnected. What we do is different because we know it's about so much more than just creating yoga teachers. It's about developing truly and fully embodied, empowered, and integrated people… regardless of if they ever teach yoga or not.
Our education, training, and teaching will weave intricately through daily life, creating life-changing shifts in awareness, emotional intelligence, and enhanced decision making.

Get hands-on experience as an Assistant to the Lead Trainer throughout this 200 hour YTT.Ā
Included in the Yoga Teacher Mentorship with The Embodied Warrior School of Yoga is:Ā
- An opportunity to provide hands-on assistance to the Lead Trainer.
- Assist with Asana Labs + pose breakdowns.
- Assist with leading group work.Ā
- Assist with questions from the trainees.
- Provide insight from your personal yoga experience.Ā
- 1 Monthly 1:1 coaching call (60 minutes).
- Voxer coaching for 6 months (walkie-talkie style app).
- Access to the 4-Month Mastermind for Wellness Professionals.
- 200 hours of Continued Education or RYT400 Status with Yoga Alliance.
